What to Bring
Packing for boarding is easy. Bring:
- Your dog’s regular food: Pre-measured if possible
- Any medications: Labeled clearly
- A favorite small blanket or toy: Optional comfort
- Vaccination records: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella

We know boarding your dog can come with plenty of questions—after all, they’re family! To make things easy, we’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions we hear from pet parents. From what to pack to how playtime works, we want you to feel fully prepared and confident before your pup’s stay.
Will my dog be crated all day?
No. Daytime is for play; nighttime is for rest in private kennels.
Do you separate by size?
Yes. Littles play with littles, big dogs with big dogs.
Do I need to bring food?
Yes — keeping your dog on their usual diet helps avoid upset stomachs.
What vaccinations are required?
Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (per policies).
What are pick-up and drop-off times?
Mon–Fri: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sat–Sun: 8–9 a.m. & 5–6 p.m.
